In mid 2016 I hosted a chakra series on my podcast and video streaming. This blog article features these resources collected in one place for your easy listening, watching and connecting.
Please note that everything shared is a guide only. I share based on my experience and what I have learned during my self-healing and journey.
For each of the seven major chakras you will find some basic details below, and a link to the audio podcast. Most of these also had a live video stream (shared below) - but a couple didn't for various reasons.
