The heavy volcanic-ash like energy continued to shower down over us all weekend. Some of us felt it begin to cake up over our shoulders, in our belly and within our throats. Many of us stepped back, being withdrawn within the safety of our home / cave while we slept our way through the moments. Some of us were knocked out - sleeping long and heavy, yet waking up feeling exhausted.
