This is an important and powerful time of personal healing, self confrontation and revelation. Many of us are realising, more clearly, that we are not who we used to be. This old version could be ourselves from last year, a decade ago or when we were a child. We are learning to heal, care for and reassure that insecure part of ourselves - and then let the raw pain of who we were or what happened, go.
