Without even realising it, perhaps until recently, some of us have been going through something akin to a ‘rite of passage’. This is an initiation into a new level of authority, confidence, experience and knowledge. For some of us this ‘rite of passage’ is now over, for others of us it continues for a bit longer yet. What has been happening is that for at least several weeks, if not longer, we have been; tested, pushed into areas we are new to and have been called to ‘step it up.’ At times we may have wondered if we could cope and could we do this - we may have even broken down with the stress of it... and yet with a methodical approach, self belief, research and doing our best, we’re coming out the other side stronger than before we entered into the passage.
