The intensity of these times continues to be monumental. Many of us have been letting go of bad negative habits we’ve gotten into, and replacing these with positive and healthy new habits. We can continue to wallow, stay small, doubt in ourselves and hold back, however a lot of us have reached a point this week where enough is enough and it’s time to create better habits, ways and attitudes now. We cannot continue to run on high levels of stress, or be in ongoing negative situations. So in many ways this time period is a potential turning point.
