In fact, this is what a lot of us are in the process of doing - everything is upgrading and we are feeling new feelings, experiencing new issues and facing new things which are presenting themselves so we can work out how to deal and cope with them.
Underneath this stuff we can trust that everything will be alright and that we are emerging now as a deeper version of our authentic self.
