Everything we’ve ever been through is fading away into the distance, in its place is the pure and all-encompassing energy of LOVE. This is a LOVE which is hard to describe in words for it is an underlying sense of belonging, of contentment and LOVE for ourselves and everything.

This energy is pushing up, from underneath the outward chaos - like an Iris flower bulb lying forgotten, tucked away in the fertile soil. The weather has been wild, our lives have been wild and our body wild - yet underneath a magic and miracle of BEING has been preparing to emerge from the depths to push through the chaotic surface.

As the Iris flower (or any other metaphor which resonates) pushes through from underneath, emerging from the darkness, it first presents us with a slight feeling of hope and broader perspective - and then, when the flowers are revealed and the pollen particles fill the air we are infected with the particles of LOVE...
