Clear Quartz: is a great general propose crystal to work with. As a programmable crystal it is suited for most tasks and is a common “go to” crystal for healers and readers alike. Clear quartz can enhance and amplify the energy of other crystals near it. They work very well in crystal grids and as a focal point for meditation.

Ammonite: Encourages continual growth on all levels. It helps teach you to live in the moment and not to fixate on things that happened in the past. If there are things in the past that are holding you back Ammonite helps you move beyond the situation. As you move forward on your journey Ammonite imparts a sense of stability and structure when needed. Ammonite can be used for protection from negative energy, as a boost to creative and sexual energy, and as an aid for meditation.
